It can also get you in touch with a limitless source of energy. In addition, meditation can: help you to concentrate better, bring clarity, peace and calmness. It can also make you healthier and happier; and further it can aid a person in developing a higher level of compassion, love, patience, generosity and forgiveness.

This unit will start with an overview of the origin and practice of several popular meditation techniques. Later, the student can choose to learn any one (or more) technique(s) in greater depth.
